Store Pick up
We aim to have your order ready for pick up 24 hours after confirming your online order.
You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pick up at our store in Johnson Ghut, Road Town, Tortola. We will only release the order to the person specified in the order.
Once you received a notification, you may collect your order anytime during store hours, from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm.

Delivery within the British Virgin Islands
For orders $50 and over.
If you cannot come to our store to pick up your order, then this option is available for you.
A delivery fee is applied based on your location. It is important to place the correct zip code (Postal Code), please see the table below. Delivery within Road Town, Tortola is $5.00. Anywhere outside of Road Town is $10.00. Check the map below to check what areas are included in Road Town.
Neighboring islands Anegada, Virgin Gorda, and Jost Van Dyke have a delivery fee of $15.00. All orders will be dropped off at the corresponding ferry dock.

Delivery to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
A handling fee of $40 will be charged for each order. The customer will cover the fee for the shipment when it arrives in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
